HOW DO THE THERAPIES SUPPORT YOU?
Our therapies in the service of athletic recovery
Cryotherapy
Short cold exposure reduces muscle pain and tension after training, stimulates circulation and contributes to faster recovery.
Air compression massage
Rhythmic, mechanical pressure supports venous and lymph flow, reduces heaviness in the legs and makes recovery after exertion more pleasant.
Oxygen therapy
Highly concentrated oxygen increases the oxygen supply of the cells, supports tissue regeneration and speeds up recovery.
Red light therapy
Red and near-infrared light supports the regeneration of muscles and joints, as well as microcirculation, over a larger body surface.

Predictable recovery from one training session to the next
Our therapies support the body in a complex way, so that you can prepare for the next training session feeling fresh even after a heavy load.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
When is it best to time the treatment in relation to training?
That depends on the therapy and the goal. Many people choose treatments that support recovery after training, but they can also be built in as part of the preparation. Before your first session we will discuss with you what fits your training programme best.
How long does it take before the effect is noticeable?
This varies from person to person and from therapy to therapy. Many people feel fresher after just the first few sessions; for a more lasting change, however, several regularly repeated treatments are usually needed.
How many sessions are recommended?
There is no single number that applies to every situation. Depending on the training load and the goal, a series of several sessions is usually recommended – we discuss the details on site, in a personalised way.
Can several therapies be combined in one session?
In most cases yes; in fact we often use them to complement each other. If you are under medical treatment or have a recent injury, ask your doctor's opinion beforehand.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes, and they differ from therapy to therapy. In the case of an acute injury, recent surgery, fever, acute inflammation, serious circulatory or heart disease, or pregnancy, always consult a specialist. You can also find the contraindications of the individual therapies on the therapy pages and on the FAQ page .
