WHAT IS COMPRESSION THERAPY?
What is compression therapy?
During air compression therapy the air-chamber boot pulled onto the leg rhythmically inflates and deflates. The wave-like movement creates a massage effect on the limbs.
This stimulates blood and lymph circulation, helps transport stagnant fluid and waste products away, and supports the regeneration of the muscles.

Muscle relaxation
It releases muscle tension and eases fatigue.

Less swelling

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions and answers
What does the treatment feel like?
The air chambers create a pleasant pressure and a wave-like movement in the limbs. The strength of the pressure can be adjusted; at the right intensity it does not cause pain.
How long does a treatment take?
A session usually lasts 30–60 minutes.
How often is it recommended?
For general regeneration 2–3 sessions a month are typical, for athletes 2–3 sessions a week. A full course usually consists of 10–40 sessions.
Can it help with varicose vein problems?
It may help reduce venous stagnation and improve circulation, but on its own it does not remove varicose veins. It is worth using as a complementary therapy, alongside medical advice.
Can it be used after travelling?
Yes, it is excellent for reducing leg swelling after a long journey and for stimulating circulation.
