Better sleep
Our therapies support rest, relaxation and recovery
– for calmer nights.

Calmer nights, more rested mornings
The quality of sleep is influenced by many things: stress, accumulated tension, circulation and the strain of the day. The aim of our therapies is to support the body's relaxation and recovery, which may contribute to more restful sleep.

Less stress
Decreasing tension by the end of the day.

HOW DO THE THERAPIES SUPPORT YOU?
Our therapies in the service of more restful sleep
Mild oxygen therapy
The increased oxygen level supports circulation and regeneration. The time spent in the chamber promotes the relaxation of the whole body, which may contribute to more restful sleep.
Air compression massage
Rhythmic, mechanical pressure is a pleasant, passive treatment: it supports venous and lymph flow, and many people find it distinctly relaxing after a long day.
Red light therapy
Treatment with red and near-infrared light is a quiet, passive way of recharging that supports cell-level regeneration.
Cryotherapy
Short cold exposure has an invigorating effect, so we recommend it rather in the first half of the day – it may also have a role in ordering your daily rhythm.

Let go of the tension of the day
Restful sleep does not begin in bed. Our therapies are passive, pleasant treatments that help release the strain of the day and calm the body.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
When is the best time for the treatment?
Many people choose treatments that support relaxation in the afternoon or early evening. Cryotherapy has an invigorating effect, so we recommend it rather in the first half of the day. Before your first session we will discuss with you what fits your daily schedule.
How long does it take before the effect is noticeable?
This varies from person to person. Many people feel calmer after just the first few sessions; for a more lasting change, however, several regularly repeated treatments are usually needed.
Does this replace a medical examination for a sleep disorder?
No. These are wellness and regeneration treatments. In the case of a persistent sleep problem, snoring or a suspicion of sleep apnoea, always see a doctor – the therapies can at most be a complement.
Can several therapies be combined in one session?
In most cases yes; in fact we often use them to complement each other. We work out the exact programme on site, in a personalised way.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes, and they differ from therapy to therapy. In the case of an acute injury, recent surgery, fever, acute inflammation, serious circulatory or heart disease, or pregnancy, always consult a specialist. You can also find the contraindications of the individual therapies on the therapy pages and on the FAQ page .
