The 5, 10 and 20-session passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Yes. All our therapies are available as a single session as well, so you can try the treatment that suits you before buying a pass.
Yes. Currently available are cryo sauna + compression therapy, as well as oxygen therapy + red light therapy combined packages, in single-session and multi-session versions.
The duration differs depending on the type of treatment. The cryo sauna is about 3 minutes, red light therapy 15 minutes, AI massage and compression therapy 30 minutes, and oxygen therapy 60 minutes.
That depends on the goal you come with and how regularly you would like to use the treatments. If you are not sure yet, it is worth choosing a single session first, and then deciding on the basis of your experience about the 5, 10 or – in the case of the cryo sauna – 20-session pass.
